1. I enjoyed watching your film, looks like you had perfect weather. I now live in Germany and one of the things I miss about England is its steam railways, so thanks for sharing! 🙂

   • Glad you enjoyed it! Weather was gorgeous – Even ended up a bit sun burnt! There is something quintessentially British about a steam railway isn’t there… Is there much in the way of heritage railways in Germany at all?

     • I have only found a couple of steam railways here, one of which is in the Harz mountains and quite spectacular (I wrote a short blog post here if you are interested http://wp.me/p3QEB4-5w ).

     • That certainly looks impressive, and you’re right it would look magnificent in the snow!
