The but of many jokes on Radio 4’s ‘I Haven’t Got A Clue,’ Mornington Crescent was eventually saved from permanent closure by residents and campaigners fond of the show.

It was eventually reopened in 1998 by the then regular cast of the Radio 4 show and still looks splendid 15 years later.
